"The future of East Baton Rouge Parish is under review in a brand new comprehensive plan called 'Future EBR,' a 25-year blueprint designed to prepare for parish growth. It will replace the 'Horizons' plan, which has been in existence for the past few decades. The new project will focus on land use, zoning and even look at traffic improvements. 'This process is all about the growth and how we manage the growth,' said Mayor Kip Holden."
